It’s chat-based. Replies typically come within a few hours to a day on business days. You’ll get a notification when there’s a reply.

To help us help you faster, please include:

  • 📱 Device / OS (iPhone 15 / iOS 18, Galaxy S24 / Android 14, etc.)
  • 📄 App version (Profile tab → Settings → App info)
  • 📧 Account email (or which SNS you signed up with)
  • 🕒 When the problem happened (a rough date / time, if possible)
  • 🖼️ Screenshots (attach if possible)
  • 🔢 For payment-related questions: payment date, amount, store billing screenshot
