How replies work
Section titled “How replies work”It’s chat-based. Replies typically come within a few hours to a day on business days. You’ll get a notification when there’s a reply.
Things worth gathering before you reach out
Section titled “Things worth gathering before you reach out”To help us help you faster, please include:
- 📱 Device / OS (iPhone 15 / iOS 18, Galaxy S24 / Android 14, etc.)
- 📄 App version (Profile tab → Settings → App info)
- 📧 Account email (or which SNS you signed up with)
- 🕒 When the problem happened (a rough date / time, if possible)
- 🖼️ Screenshots (attach if possible)
- 🔢 For payment-related questions: payment date, amount, store billing screenshot
