Refunds πŸ’°

The path for a refund depends on where you bought the subscription. iOS: request directly with Apple. Android: contact RedKiwi support and we can handle it for you.


For iOS, Apple processes refunds directly. RedKiwi can’t process them on your behalf.

At reportaproblem.apple.com:

  1. Sign in with your Apple ID
  2. Find the RedKiwi subscription in your recent purchases
  3. Click β€œRequest a refund”
  4. Write a reason β†’ submit
  • Apple decides whether to approve. The outcome depends on the reason and your usage pattern.
  • Approval / denial results are sent via Apple email.

For Android, contact RedKiwi support and we can handle the refund directly.

  1. RedKiwi app β†’ Settings β†’ β€œDo you need help?” (1:1 inquiry)
  2. Please include:
    • Account email
    • Date and amount of payment
    • Reason for the refund
  3. We’ll review and let you know the outcome

  1. Do you actually need a refund?
    • You can keep using Premium for the remainder of the cycle anyway
    • If you only want to stop the next charge β†’ just cancel the subscription β†’ Subscription management
  2. Please include the following info
    • The RedKiwi account email used for payment
    • Date of payment
    • Amount of payment
    • Reason for the refund

  • You’ve already used Premium for a substantial period
  • The Terms of Service have been violated
  • For iOS, the request falls outside Apple’s refund-eligible window
