The basic rule
Section titled βThe basic ruleβThe path for a refund depends on where you bought the subscription. iOS: request directly with Apple. Android: contact RedKiwi support and we can handle it for you.
π iOS (Apple App Store)
Section titled βπ iOS (Apple App Store)βFor iOS, Apple processes refunds directly. RedKiwi canβt process them on your behalf.
How to request
Section titled βHow to requestβ- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the RedKiwi subscription in your recent purchases
- Click βRequest a refundβ
- Write a reason β submit
- Apple decides whether to approve. The outcome depends on the reason and your usage pattern.
- Approval / denial results are sent via Apple email.

How to request

- Please include:
- Account email
- Date and amount of payment
- Reason for the refund
- Weβll review and let you know the outcome

- You can keep using Premium for the remainder of the cycle anyway
- If you only want to stop the next charge β just cancel the subscription β Subscription management
- Please include the following info
- The RedKiwi account email used for payment
- Date of payment
- Amount of payment
- Reason for the refund
When refunds may be denied
Section titled βWhen refunds may be deniedβ- Youβve already used Premium for a substantial period
- The Terms of Service have been violated
- For iOS, the request falls outside Appleβs refund-eligible window
